Krampus wooden Christmas decoration

A wooden Christmas star decoration with a linocut print of Krampus on it. Based on the folkloric character Krampus, "a horned, anthropomorphic figure described as 'half-goat, half-demon', who, during the Christmas season, punishes children who have misbehaved".

Printed by hand on a smooth wooden star made of Birch wood measuring 12cm x 12cm and 3.5mm thick with Caligo oil-based inks. The red parts are hand painted with watercolours and the star is protected with a sealer. Each star comes with a red and green piece of string so you can choose which you prefer to hang it with.

Each print will vary ever-so slightly as is often the case with linocut printing.
